JNTU-HYD : Revised 2-1,3-1,4-1 B.Tech I Mid Time Tables Sept-2011

The Principals of the Engg Colleges are informed to note the following changes in the time-tables of forth coming I Mid exams. The colleges offering III year- I sem B.Tech (Aeronautical Engg) and III year- I sem B.Tech (Mechatronics) are informed to note that the following changes have been made in the time table of the I Mid Exams which are commencing from 08-09-2011.

There is no change in the time table of other subjects/specializations. Similarly A.P Private Pharmacy Colleges’ Management Association has requested to postpone the conduct of I- Mid exams of B.Pharmacy as the FIP World Congress is being organized at Hyderabad during the same week. Hence B.Pharmacy I Mid exams of II-1, III-1 and IV-1 semesters are postponed by one week and now these exams shall commence from 12-09- 2011. The revised time table for I-Mid B.Pharmacy courses is also enclosed here with. However there is change in the academic calendar of odd semester courses given by the University.

Note:
(i) ANY OMISSIONS OR CLASHES IN THIS TIME TABLE MAY PLEASE BE INFORMED TO THE CONTROLLER OF EXAMINATIONS IMMEDIATELY.

(ii) EVEN IF GOVERNMENT DECLARES HOLIDAY ON ANY OF THE ABOVE DATES, THE EXAMINATIONS SHALL BE CONDUCTED AS USUAL.

(iii) READMITTED STUDENTS HAVE TO APPEAR FOR THE SUBSTITUTE SUBJECT(S) [WHICH IS/ARE NOT SHOWN IN THE TIME-TABLE] IN PLACE OF THE SUBJECT(S) ALREADY PASSED. FOR DETAILS OF SUBSTITUTE SUBJECTS REFER THE COMMUNICATIONS RECEIVED FROM THE DIRECTOR OF ACADEMIC & PLANNING.

(iv) THE I MID EXAMINATIONS ARE SCHEDULED FORM 5th SEPTEMBER TO 7th SEPTEMBER 2011. DUE TO SEVERAL NUMBER OF ELECTIVE SUBJECTS OFFERED AT IV YEAR B.TECH. I SEMESTER EXAMINATIONS, FOR SOME ELECTIVES, EXAMINATIONS ARE SCHEDULED ON 8th AND 9th SEPTEMBER 2011 ALSO. HOWEVER, ALL THE PRINCIPALS ARE REQUESTED TO TAKE NECESSARY STEPS TO CONDUCT CLASS WORK FROM 9TH SEPTEMBER 2010 ONWORDS AS AND WHEN THE EXAMS OF THAT CLASS/BRANCH ARE COMPLETED.
